Payment Methods
I take payment primarily through Cashapp, but am able to take it via Paypal when needed!Once we have confirmed your order, I will ask for your payment method. You will have 48 hours to pay. I will remind you once after 24 hours. After the rest, I assume you are no longer interested.I take payment plans for larger commissions / works when price is above $100. Refunds
Refunds are given under three scenarios:
✸ Client has not received verbal communication from artist in 2 months since ordering / prior update.
✸ Client has not received a visual update from artist in 3 months since ordering / prior update.
✸ Client request a refund under an emergency scenario, where the artist will make the decision if it is applicable to refund.Refunds are done upon payment plans, no exceptions.Refunds are based off of work completed. You have full and explicit permission to take my work and finish it yourself or take it to another artist to be finished / referenced.
Unstarted = 90% refunded
Sketched / Concepted = 60 - 80% refunded
Lined = 40 - 60% refunded
Colored = 20 - 40% refunded
Process
After payment and confirmation of all details, I will add you to my to-do list and privately send you the link.I will contact you with first sketch / concept. Once you approve of the first pass, I will move forward in finishing the commission, sending you updates on my progress and asking questions, regularly asking for approval.
If I do not get an answer to a key question, I will pause your commission until I have an answer, as to make sure I get everything right!Once commission is finished, I will send you a low quality file to examine. Once approved, i'll send you a watermarked file for public use and unwatermarked for private use!
You will have a week to contact me for any important errors you notice!
